To grow your hair and try to minimize hair thinning, there is no magic lotion or potion. There are some things you can do however to help keep your hair thick and healthy. If you effect some simple rules, you can have wholesome hair.
1. Kelp is known to boost your metabolism, which will help your hair grow faster. You can purchase tablets at a health food store and take one on a daily basis. Be true and don't overdo it though as iodine, ordinarily found in fish can be toxic.

2. Nettle tea, or herbal nettle tea infusions are known to make your hair grow faster. Herbal teas are good for you but have none of the caffeine of quarterly tea.
3. Make sure you have a wholesome diet filled with vegetables and fruits that contain vitamins A and E. Multivitamins are a good option as they contain the right amounts of each vitamin and also contains vitamin B complex.
4. Getting sufficient protein in your diet is prominent too and chances are you already do get enough. More than likely it's the vitamin intake that is lacking. It may not be a fast hair thinning lotion, but good food is very important.
5. Get plenty of sleep every night. It might be difficult to relax and get a deep sleep but it will help your hair grow.
